Rob Levine is also doing his part with his Safe Ride App, to help eliminate drunk drivers off the road. On seven holidays a year, users can log on to the app to get a certificate for a free ride home that day or evening. The participating holidays are as followed: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, St. Patrick’s Day, Memorial Day and the 4th of July. The app works with participating taxi companies in the area. All the user needs to do is present the certificate from their phone to the taxi driver when they arrive. The app is available in the iTunes and Android stores.
