JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a driven individual with great communication skills for a client acquisition sales position. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity for weekly sales bonuses. The Intake and Sales Specialist answers incoming calls, evaluates cases, sells our services, and gathers information to complete the client intake process.

As with all of our positions, we work as a team and team members may be called upon to assist in other departments within our company.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

  • Speaking with prospective clients
  • Creating a great first impression of our law firm
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Selling our services
  • Evaluating cases based on information from your on-the-job training
  • Inputting client information into our database
  • Corresponding with clients via phone, email, chat, and text
  • Scheduling appointments with clients
  • Responding to online inquiries

QUALIFICATIONS, CHARACTERISTICS, AND SKILLS

  • Comfortable and confident with speaking on the phone
  • Personable with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Sales oriented

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be able to successfully complete and pass each phase or out in-house training program
  • Must be able to pass a typing test with a minimum of 30wpm
