Entry Level Case Manager- Social Security Department

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a personable, organized, and detail-oriented team member for an entry-level Case Manager position in our Social Security Division. This position involves assisting clients in navigating the stages of a Social Security claim. As with all of our positions, we work as a team and team members may be called upon to assist in other departments within our company.

 

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

  • Speaking with clients
  • Inputting client information into our database
  • Corresponding with clients via phone, email, chat, and text
  • Scheduling appointments with clients
  • Conducting regular correspondence with clients and provide them with updates on the status of their case
  • Maintaining client confidentiality
  • Entering and updating client information in our computer system
  • Organizing and completing necessary documentation, monitoring case statuses, and assisting clients
  • Communicating with the Social Security Administration on behalf of our clients
  • Filing appeals and other necessary paperwork for Social Security cases
  • Completing basic administrative responsibilities such as making telephone calls, drafting emails, sending mail and scanning documents

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be able to pass a typing test with a minimum of 30wpm
  • Must be able to successfully complete and pass each phase or out in-house training program
